The British Automatic Fire Sprinkler Association's Council for 2010/11
The British Automatic Fire Sprinkler Association's Council is made up of representatives of all categories of membership elected by all the membership. The Council consists of not more that nine installer members, not more than five manufacturer and supplier members and not more than three associate members. A new Council is elected at each annual general meeting. The Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer are elected by Council at the its first meeting each year. Where there are two or more members elected from the same company, group or organisation, Council is required to confirm the right of the member to sit on Council at the first meeting each year by a vote with a majority of 75% being required.
The following were elected at the Annual General Meeting on 17 November 2010 and will serve for the next 12 months.
