Sprinkler Stop - Restaurant, West London
Thanks to Keith Rhodes of Nationwide Sprinklers for this useful example of a stop involving a hot oil fire.
"We are pleased to advise that a hot oil pan fire at Charlottes Bistro in Chiswick yesterday was extinguished by the activation of just one sprinkler. The Bistro was temporarily closed for 45 minutes but reopened before the end of the dinner service".
