Please note it may take up to 7 working days from the submission of the completed course booking form and enrolment details for course joining instructions to be issued.
We acknowledge that sometimes there is a need to cancel your enrolment from a course/training workshop. If you cannot attend, or no longer require a place, please provide notice of cancellation at least 21 working days prior to the course start date. Failure to provide 21 days notice will result in your being charged the full course/training workshop fee.
A cancellation fee will not be charged if your company nominates someone else to attend in your place.
Candidate details can be amended up to 14 days prior to the start of the course. This incurs an administration fee of £30 plus VAT.
Accommodation is not provided by BAFSA or included in course fees.
