The Agored Cymru Award in the Installation of Domestic Fire Sprinkler Systems is delivered by :

West College Scotland (Paisley)
This short course, of less than one week, is aimed at Level 3 qualified, experienced plumbers, who hold a L3 Water Regulations qualification, and who wish to gain the necessary knowledge to install and maintain domestic sprinklers.
This route is suitable for those already within the sprinkler industry and those who wish to upskill, change profession or for companies wishing to undertake CPD with their installers.

Inspecting the Installation of Automatic Fire Sprinkler Systems in Domestic Dwellings
This one day course is delivered by the above mentioned colleges and is offered to other parties with an influence over the industry such as: Building control, site Foremen/women, fire officers, architects, designers and specifiers. This will provide them with the relevant information to identify good/poor installations and their compliance with Building Regulations.
Again this qualification is CPD aligned and supported by BAFSA.
